Payment Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your participation in and constitute an agreement (“Agreement“) between you and ImmpactLaw, LLC (“ImmpactLaw”) for the Auto Pay (“AP”) option. By enrolling in, using or paying for ImmpactLaw Immigration Law Management Software, you agree to these terms and conditions (“AP Enrollment”). If these Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, please notify ImmpactLaw immediately at sales@immpactlaw.com.

AP Enrollment

  1. I understand that AP Enrollment is automatic for any transactions on the ImmpactLaw website (www.immpactlaw.com).
  2. If I enroll in AP Enrollment online or by phone with electronic signature, I authorize ImmpactLaw to treat my electronic signature as evidence of my consent to initiate electronic payment transactions from my designated bank, debit card or credit card account. My consent only applies to the initiation of the recurring electronic bank, credit card, or debit card payments. My authorization via electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature on a paper-formatted contract.
  3. I understand that AP Enrollment applies to the bank, debit card or credit card account that I designate.
  4. Each month, I authorize ImmpactLaw to automatically charge my credit card/debit card or debit my bank account, as applicable, for the amount due based on my membership.
  5. To cancel AP Enrollment, I must contact ImmpactLaw at sales@immpactlaw.com or sign in to my account at www.immpactlaw.com and cancel my membership under my profile –> subscriptions.

Update Bank/Card Information 

  1. I understand that if there is a change to my bank or credit card account information, including expiration date, I must promptly sign in to my account at www.immpactlaw.com under my profile or email sales@immpactlaw.com to update my AP Enrollment information.
  2. I understand that ImmpactLaw may receive updated credit card information from the financial institution issuing the credit card.

Billing Errors 

  1. I understand and agree that ImmpactLaw is not liable for erroneous bill statements or incorrect debits/charges.
  2. If a billing error occurs, ImmpactLaw is only responsible for correcting the error, if and when, I notify ImmpactLaw of the error.

Returned Payments 

  1. I understand that if my payment is rejected, refused, returned, disputed or reversed by my financial institution or credit card issuer for any reason, then ImmpactLaw has the right to charge a returned item fee and to cancel my membership if I don’t resolve the issue within 30 days.
  2. I understand my participation in AP Enrollment is subject to approval by ImmpactLaw.
  3. ImmpactLaw and participating financial institutions reserve the right to terminate my participation in the AP Enrollment payment option at any time, as authorized by applicable law.

Payment Terms

  1. I understand and agree that ImmpactLaw offers the following memberships:
  • Premium
  • Pay-As-You-Go.
  1. I understand that the Premium membership includes one user at $99.00 per month and that any additional users will have be charged as add-ons at $30 per user per month. I authorize ImmpactLaw to charge my credit card/debit card the amount of $99.00 per month and the appropriate amount for any additional add-ons.
  2. I understand that the Pay-As-You-Go membership is charged at $15.00 per opened case with a 2-case monthly minimum. This membership allows an unlimited number of users and no add-ons will be required. I authorize ImmpactLaw to automatically charge my credit card/debit card the amount of $30.00 per month to cover the 2-case minimum and bill me monthly for any additional opened cases.

Pay-As-You-Go Paperless Billing 

  1. I understand that by enrolling in the Pay-As-You-Go membership I will be billed for any additional opened cases. I agree to paperless billing by supplying an email address to receive an electronic copy of my bill.
  2. I understand that I must notify ImmpactLaw at sales@immpactlaw.com if I do not receive my monthly bill within 10 days of the last day of the month.
  3. I understand that if there is a change to my e-mail address or phone number, I must promptly sign in to my account at www.immpactlaw.com under my profile or email sales@immpactlaw.com to update my contact information.
